While the client already had solid partner relationships and a partner marketing strategy in place, they lacked the internal resources necessary to help every partner actually execute against that strategy. Many partners simply didn’t have the digital capability to make full use of the partnership.

Smaller partners in particular preferred to use ready-made content and campaigns supplied directly by the vendor rather than build anything themselves. Beyond content, partners needed help across the full lifecycle of the program: development, administration, ongoing maintenance, and campaign execution.

1. Platform Migration

Marketing Concierge™ migrated the client’s digital marketing tools to a modern, unified channel management platform, guiding the transition with technical and project management support from planning through go-live.

2. Digital Campaign Services & Platform Enablement

Our in-region consultants built and localized ready-to-use content and campaigns for partners around the world, letting even smaller partners present themselves as customer experience experts without building assets from scratch. 

Also, designated consultants walked partners through live demonstrations covering core PRM and TCMA capabilities, including deal and lead visibility, campaign launch workflows, and performance reporting. Overall, Marketing Concierge™ supported partners in 8 languages across 5 business regions.

3. Co-Marketing Consulting 

Our consultants adjusted channel technology and available campaigns to match the regional needs of individual partners and worked directly with regional channel marketing managers to connect the client’s marketing team, sales organization, and partner base. This consulting layer is what turned a technology rollout into a program partners actively engaged with.

The client’s partner marketing team earned a seat at the revenue table and strengthened their relationship with the sales organization. Marketing Concierge™ made this possible by managing the underlying technology platform and running more than 650 campaigns for over 80 partners across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, in 8 different languages.
